For concrete or block paved surfaces, it is recommended to apply a primer tack coat before applying thermoplastic line marking tape. Overbanding bitumen tape can also be used to seal joints before marking. Thermoplastic line marking tape can be applied directly to completely dry asphalt and tarmac surfaces without any other preparation.Prepare the Surface: Sweep the area to clear all debris and ensure it is clean and dry for optimal adhesion.
