Line Marking Tape
Thermoplastic Line Marking Tape – Durable Road Marking Solutions
Thermoplastic line marking tape gives you high performance markings that will last three to five times as long as paint. They are also highly visible and give excellent grip to prevent slipping. Available in two widths, 50mm and 100mm, white and yellow colours, our 5m rolls are the job done for car parks, highways, warehouses and playgrounds - basically anywhere you need to get some clear lines in place.

Thermoplastic Line Marking Tape for Every Application
Car Park Markings
The 50mm tape is perfect for painting those parking bay boundaries and laying down directional arrows where you need them. 100mm is better suited to the main traffic lanes and areas where pedestrians are crossing the road. White and yellow 5m rolls are also a great combo for covering those areas quickly and efficiently. Thermoplastic tape is widely used for car parks and traffic management and where pedestrians are around - it's that good because applying it with heat means you will receive a long lasting result.
Road and Highway Markings
Our thermoplastic line marking tape is the perfect solution for marking roads on highways, cycle lanes, footpaths, and at airports and ports. If you need to mark no-overtaking zones, hazard markings or anything similar, use our 100mm yellow tape. For standard lanes divisions and edge lines, white tape is the way to go. To top it off, it can put up with extreme weather, sunlight, water, oil, petrol, salt - basically anything life can throw at it.
Industrial and Commercial Applications
The 50 mm tape works out great for warehouse floor markings and safety zones - it's a real winner in that department. This thermoplastic tape has a seriously long lifespan That makes it the go to choice for factories, school playgrounds, and those sports pitches where people really care about the lines actually being visible.

Choose the Right Width for Your Project
50mm Width Thermoplastic Tape
Hands down the best option for detailed markings and those tight spaces, the 50 mm roll is a cost-effective solution for parking bay outlines and small directional signs. And each 5m length gives you enough coverage to knock out a precision line marking project without having to run out and buy more.
100mm Width Thermoplastic Tape
Standard width for the big main traffic lanes and primary road markings, 100 mm tape really grabs your attention for high speed traffic areas. The professional-grade rolls on this material make sure you get consistent coverage on those larger marking projects - roads and commercial surfaces dont stand a chance of getting left looking a bit bare.
Colour Options for Maximum Visibility
White Thermoplastic Tape
White is usually the best choice when it comes to dark asphalt and concrete surfaces, it gives you that high contrast that really stands out in the day, nevermind low light and night conditions. Those tiny glass beads that get mixed in give you even better visibility, which makes white tape the no brainer for lane divisions and edge lines.
Yellow Thermoplastic Tape
Yellow tape meets all the regulatory requirements for those places where you aren't supposed to overtake or where there's an obvious hazard. And unlike some other types of tape, the colour stays bright and won't start to fade on you after a while - so you can rely on it to be visible on highways, car parks and all the rest.

Professional Application Methods
Surface Preparation
When you're about to put down thermoplastic tape, you need to apply it directly onto dry asphalt or tarmac - no water or damp spots allowed. Give the area a good sweep to clear any rubbish or debris, and get rid of any existing lines because you won't be laying the tape on top of them. If it's concrete or the surface is all worn out, you might want to apply a bit of primer first.
Heat Application Process
You'll need a thermoplastic gas torch, not a plumber's blowtorch - the job gets messy fast if you don't have the right tool for the job. Get the tape nice and hot all along its length, pressing it down firmly to make sure it sticks properly. Once it's done, your new road lines are good to go in 5-10 minutes.
Using thermoplastic tape is a lot easier than liquid paint - you don't need to get out the spray equipment to get the job done. If you are in an area with cold temperatures, you can use a gas torch to warm up the tarmac first, just to make sure everything is working as it should.
