Hi Vis Overalls for Demanding Site Work
Overalls combine the jacket and trouser sections into one garment maintaining coverage around the waist when bending, reaching or climbing. They can be worn over everyday work clothes and use reflective tape across the upper and lower body.
The combat and waterproof coveralls both include two-way front zips, knee-pad pockets and adjustable or elasticated sections for a more practical fit. The main choice is between the durability and storage provided by the combat styles and the greater weather protection of the waterproof versions.

Hi Vis WaterproofĀ Overalls and Coveralls
The yellow combat coverall and orange combat coverall use triple stitched inseams, reinforced stress points and a Teflon treatment that resists dirt and grease while providing water repellence in light showers. Each has lower combat pockets, access to clothing worn underneath, an adjustable waistband and knee-pad pockets.
The yellow and orange hi vis waterproof overalls use a two-way zip covered by a double storm flap. They also include an elasticated back, underarm ventilation, chest pockets and a detachable lined hood. TheĀ orange waterproof coverall is available with a choice of leg lengths, while theĀ yellow waterproof coverall provides the same main practical features in yellow.
For colder conditions, the Thinsulate coverall liner uses 3M Thinsulate Type G100 insulation to retain warmth without excessive bulk. It fastens into compatible Pulsar weather coveralls at the zips, cuffs, ankles and back of the neck.

Are hi vis overalls and hi vis coveralls the same thing?
The terms are commonly used for the same type of one-piece garment covering the torso, arms and legs. Individual product names may use either āoverallā or ācoverallā.
Are the combat coveralls waterproof?
No. The combat styles have a Teflon treatment that repels water in light showers, but they are not intended to provide the same wet-weather protection as the waterproof coveralls.
What are hi vis waterproof overalls used for?
They are suited to outdoor work where the wearer needs high-visibility upper- and lower-body coverage together with protection from rain. Their one-piece construction also reduces the gap that can occur between separate jackets and trousers.
How should hi vis coveralls fit?
They should leave enough room for normal work clothes without restricting movement. If a thermal liner will be fitted, include that extra layer when choosing the size.
Can the Thinsulate liner be used with any coverall?
No. It is designed to fasten into compatible Pulsar P522 and PR505 weather coveralls. Check the product compatibility before ordering the liner for another garment.
