Hard hats and head protection
ProSolve hard hats are available in several colours and use an HDPE shell with a six-point textile cradle. The supplier's technical sheet lists a 52–64cm adjustment range and a ratchet-knob headband adjustment. Check the individual listing for the supplied specification, including the stated head-protection standard. Select a colour according to your organisation's requirements; colour alone does not establish the protection provided.
Inspect the shell, harness and other components before use, and follow the manufacturer's storage, cleaning and replacement instructions. Accessories must be compatible with the particular helmet and the intended use. Do not assume that an attachment fitting into a slot establishes compatibility or changes the helmet's certified performance.
Ear defenders for hearing protection
The ProSolve comfort ear defenders have adjustable steel arms and soft cushions. Their supplier-listed SNR is 29dB, with EN 352-1:2020 identified in the product specification. SNR is a rating used when selecting hearing protection; it is not a promise that every wearer will receive the same reduction in every situation. Fit and the actual noise exposure remain part of choosing suitable protection.
Use the fitting instructions supplied with the product and check the condition of cushions and other parts. Other equipment worn around the ears can affect the fit, so consider the combination of PPE used for the task. Consult the relevant workplace selection guidance where hearing protection is required.
Work gloves for different handling tasks
The work gloves range includes PU-coated, nitrile-coated, rubber-grip and reusable cleaning gloves. These designs serve different purposes. Compare the coating, liner, size and stated performance instead of treating all gloves as interchangeable. Where a mechanical-protection code is supplied, refer to the individual listing and manufacturer information.
Check whether the selected variant is supplied as a single pair or a multipair pack. Natural-rubber products can contain latex, and the reusable pink cleaning gloves are not intended for irritant, toxic or corrosive chemicals. Hi-vis vests and related supplies
